Personal Training

Personalised private one-on-one training sessions tailored to your individual needs.

I offer a range of workout programs and training frequencies that can ensure consistent progression towards your goals. I also teach athletic behaviours that help individuals adhere to a healthy lifestyle. 

Nutrition Advice

Nutritional advice tailored to your goal and lifestyle to help compliment your training sessions. 

Nutrition plays a key role in progressing fitness and physique related goals and recovery. I can help provide individual nutrition recommendations and plans that help clients fulfill this around their lifestyle commitments and requirements. 

Improve technique

I can help you improve training technique, form and performance. 

Training progression and improvement firstly requires establishing the technique to be able to correctly and safely perform exercises. My programs ensure this technique is consistent and I help my clients perform movements to achieve optimal results. This can include technique for strength training, sports or other activities such as hyrox or CrossFit. 

Monthly programs 

All programs are tailor made and paid monthly through bank transfer. 


If you know someone who you would like to train with, I also offer 1-2 training for the same price. Two for the price of 1. 

1 session a week

1 session a week gives clients an introduction to the gym and allows time outside of sessions to progress their own routine. However they will need to motivate themselves as results can be difficult to achieve with only 1 session per week. 

2 Days a week

I would recommend this program to beginners who may not have exercised before. The 2 days a week allows for an introduction to exercise, the gym and diet and places strong emphasis on recovery. 

3 Days a week

3 days a week allows for a good amount of time dedicated to training and recovery in the week. 3 days can be a great program for those looking to develop strength, fitness level or muscle growth. Days can be separated with 1 day recovery in between so each session can be as productive as possible. 

4 days a week

I would recommend this program to intermediate exercisers who may have used the gym or consistently exercise but are looking to go to the next level. 4 days per week places individuals in strong position to further expand areas of fitness but can be fatiguing due to recovery needs. 

Overall, for any program selected, consistency is key for results.

What times are you available for coaching?

I will try to accommodate all clients with sessions available in the morning, daytime and evenings.

How do you improve performance and technique?

Improvements in Resistance training and aerobic activity relies on good form and technique. I work with my clients to ensure training sessions are as productive as possible and each exercise is completed with good form and quality technique. This allows for improvements in exercise technical ability and leads to more efficient results. 

Do I need to have experience in fitness?

No, you don't need to have any experience. I can tailor training sessions to meet your individual needs and requirements. 

Can I get nutritional advice?

Yes, I do provide nutritional advice. Nutrition is a key part of progressing your goals. I provide individual nutritional guidance to my clients which allows fitness goals to be progressed and achieved. 

How do you help clients progress each week?

Each session and week, training sessions will be documented. Through this documentation, the future sessions can then be planned to ensure progressions are made and further goals can be achieved. The client can work to achieve their goals through progressing in training sessions in some form each session and week.
